I don’t know since when I started to fall in love with Mee Siam. Created from a mix of Malay and Nyonya dish I guessed, the gravy was the one I like the most. Pretty red in colour, the Mee Siam was so tempting. Believe it or not, the appearance of the food was definitely and directly affects your appetite. Spicy, sweet and sour light gravy, it was the Singapore-style rice vermicelli. Accompanied Fried Tofu, Boiled Egg and Beansprouts, Mee Siam was completed. Little dashed of lime and Sambal Chil
