I don’t know since when I started to fall in love with Mee Siam. Created from a mix of Malay and Nyonya dish I guessed, the gravy was the one I like the most. Pretty red in colour, the Mee Siam was so tempting. Believe it or not, the appearance of the food was definitely and directly affects your appetite.
