FoodI ordered a number of dim sum with desserts. However due to limitations of photo uploads, I have skip the desserts. The desserts are nothing fantastic, mango pudding is too sweet.The Har Kau! Sticky thin layer of skin over the bouncy and tender prawn meat! Siew Mai Comes in 4, average taste and nothing to shout at.The lotus leaves chicken Mai Kai is tasty, comes with fragrance Nuo Mi Rice, mini chunks of Lak Cheong (chinese sausage) and chicken meat. This is a must try.The char siew bun is good as well. Comes 2 in a "long". Sweet tasting red "zhap" with chunks of char siew meat is heavenly. I cant see any fatty meat in the fillings.This carrot cake is a long wait. Good that it tastes great, very springy and bouncy feeling. A great difference from others dim sum carrot cake!Salted egg yolk with castard fillings is "shiokingly" great! Comes in a pair. A definite must try if you like these buns especially. Liu Sa Baos are my favourite Dim Sum right now. This is good!ServiceService is moderate, at least they come to us once we wave our hands.AmbienceAmbience is good and quiet during lunch hours.
