As we step into the restaurant, we were greeted with a warming welcome by the Effiel tower. The ambiance of the restaurant kicks off with the streets dinning feel of a french environment, with European kind of streets lamp and cosy corners for dinning. Poulet has simulated an open concept dinning in Jurong Point 2 basement. Top surfacing of the dinning tables are filled with ceramic tiles with the restaurant name Poulet in the middle engrave on a gold plated metal plate. Lime juice and orange juice for our dinner.

Cost: S$5.80 Saucisson comes with marmalade & mustard sauce, evenly pan-fried, a simple dish.
Cost: S$6.80 Poulet's signature dish, Poulet Roti Half. The distinct aroma immediately engulf my senses when the plate was served. It's light tastiness of the cream sauce together with the fragrance wild mushrooms had immediately bought me over. The half chicken looks crisp on the outside and the skin was perfectly roasted to a golden brown. Cutting the chicken up, it was tender and the bite was made heavenly together in combination of the light cream sauce. Yum Yum!
Costs: S$15.80 I was surprised initially when the Lamb Shank was served. The portion was generous, unlike those which you usually get elsewhere. Garnish with sauce and carrot, the presentation was eye-pleasing. Taking a sniff of the dish, I could not smell anything unpleasant. Good. As i took my first cut into the meat, I had half expected to use a bit of strength. But it was nothing of the sort, as the tender meat succumbed to the knife. The meat was tender, tasteful and the sauce perfectly complemented the lamb meat.
Costs: S$15.80 Tasty mashed potato with light cheese tasting is one of the side dish that one can try too. Reasonable service attitude with a smile.
