I've been eating at the Hokkien Mee stall since I was 4 years-old (i'm 37 this year). They will only cooked/fry your hokkien after u haf ordered. So its not those mass frying of noodles type. I like the pork lard very much and u can ask the auntie or uncle for more, but they will advise u not to haf to much for health reasons. =D
