I wanted a light meal, so I tried this ban mian noodles stall which had no queue. The soup base was not tasty enough, though the noodles themselves were ok in texture. Ingredients given were the usual egg, some minced meat, vegetables and dried anchovies. All-in-all a really ordinary bowl of handmade noodles - more of a 2.5/5 for it's taste. Gotta search harder for other healthy and tasty meals at this food center. - You Mian noodles soup ($2.80)
