Qiu Lian Ban Mian is famous for its bouncy noodles and tasty bowl of soup. But I guess it has franchise everywhere such that the taste in different outlet is different. For this dumpling noodle at Kopitiam Square, the soup is abit bland, but the dumpling is rather big and tasty, where it has sufficient amount of jiu cai which makes it tasty. However, $5 for such a bowl of noodle is quite expensive. continue reading
