Hard to get nice satay nowsaday .... so happy to see one at Tampines Round Market so we ordered some to share while waiting for our steamboat. SIL ordered chicken and pork satay to share. The chicken is really tender and juicy as for the pork hubby commented nice as well cos the middle fats makes the satay so juicy and yummy. Best is the not much charred and is really cheap only $0.50 each stick!

been having a lot of chwee kueh this week as i had a craving for it, so everywhere i went, i would try chwee kueh if they have it. the chwee kueh here is good. survived the takeaway very well. the chwee kueh itself was fresh and the texture just right. the vegetable topping was a bit oily but the chilli was quite good. the chilli is quite runny, not thick like other places. the vegetable topping is not as tasty as some places but it's also not as salty. overall, it is quite good.

Most of the satay stalls nowadays sells per stick at either 50 cents,60 cents or even 70 cents in hawker centers but this stall sells per stick at 40 cents and ketupuk at 60 cents which is very value for money as it's satays are well marinated and skills in grilling by the elderly woman is fragrant and the peanut sauce is also very delicious.The ketupuk are also very well wrap and rice is very delicious but don't expect to have a big stick of satay or big rice of ketupuk as the portion serve here is small.
