I went to changi airport for lunch with my girlfriend. We headed to the food court at terminal 3 basement. After walking around the entire food court, we settled for the roasted delights. We ordered a plate of char siew rice each. They were pretty much generous with their char siew slices. The char siew is a little on the salty side. It was not sweet enough for me. the sauce is more of salty than sweet. The portion was not very big but it was just right.

The noodles were cooked to rightness, the noodles were springy. The portion of char siew meat was considered generous and the guy served me with lean meat as requested. The vegetables were green which means the vitamins still retained. The best part about my dinner was the dumplings soup; there were 4 pieces of dumplings filled with lean pork and a fresh, crunchy prawn in each. The soup was really tasty too.

All these for only $4 at the airport!
