I was asked by mum to take away some roasted pork, roasted duck and char siew to have it for dinner at home. All the roasted meat tasted good. The roasted duck has got a nice smoky flavor on the skin with its meat still tasted tender and juicy. The roasted pork has got a perfect crispy skin and the meat has got a nice saltish flavor. The char siew tasted abit too sweet to my liking. A packet of braised sauce and a packet of chilli were given with the roasted meat.
