Salim Kitchen was rather new among the rows of seasoned looking Muslim stalls in Ayer Rajah Food Centre. Upon looking at its stall name, I thought it would be interesting to try out Hainanese Chicken Rice especially from a Muslim Stall. Soup was sweet tasting with some spring and fried onions sprinkled on it. Portion of glossy roasted chicken was rather thin and little with few strands of beansprouts, coriander leaves and cucumber by the side of the fragrant rice.I will rate the overall taste average and in terms of portion, there is room for improvementCost: $3.50 continue reading
