Occupied three stall in total, the eatery was selling mostly Chinese Cuisine. Not my first time came here, I wanted to try another dish for this time. Boss was cheerful, he recommended me Hokkien Mee when I was asking the recommended food.^Consist of thick yellow noodles, the darkening sauce was awesomely stirred along. A little pork lard fragrant was spelt out, I must say it was really good. Portion was enough, slices of pork were tender. No other luxury ingredients along, it costed me $4.00. S

Consist of thick yellow noodles, the darkening sauce was awesomely stirred along. A little pork lard fragrant was spelt out, I must say it was really good. Portion was enough, slices of pork were tender. No other luxury ingredients along, it costed me $4.00. Still considered reasonable, I finished it up.

The business started within a short period, yet Seng Ji Seafood’s reputation grew fast. Providing Ala-carte or valuable rice set, menu was flexible based customers’ requirements. The coffee shop looked new and clean, it definitely a comfortable place to dine in. Staffs wandered around for drinks ordering, friendly and attentive. Just some fresh huge prawns did a wonderful highlight to the Kway Teow, upgrade to luxury status. The secret of the dish was fried Kway Teow in high heat until slightly burnt before the pouring of gravy, the whole process must quick and done in right balance. Drenched in egg soppy broth at the very last minute, I prefer this wetter version. $5.00 for my lunch, it was a rational price and I am extremely willing to pay.
