i love buffet and I love steamboat, always hop down to bugis with sis for some nice buffet. We were walking around at ang mo kio and suddenly got craving for buffet. We were about to take a train to bugis when we notice a steamboat shop and we decided to give it a try since we were both famished. We got to choose two soup bases. we ordered the tom yum and chicken. The soup was rathe tasty. The food are placed on conveyor belt and it is easy for us to take. Not bad variety. Ingredients are fresh. As a whole, we were quite satisfied.

i tried this shabushi at Bangkok previously so i was quite happy when i heard Angmokio has this restaurant. The price is affordable but if you are student you can get even better deal. The shabushi buffet has assorted sushi to tempura.u can take as you like. The soup base is rather disappointing as there i nothing special to talk about. The service here needs improvement as well as the staff seems not very friendly and not prompt to answer our request. i will not recommend and not mention visiting for the second time.

Another buffet session with my girls! Shabu-shi is quite a good place for meet-ups! All the ingredients for the hotpot are on the conveyor belt and you just take whatever you like! There are also fried food and all drinks and ice cream are free flow! On each table, there are 2 hotpots so you can choose 2 different soup base! We ordered the chicken one and the tom yam one! Both are quite good and the ingredients are rather fresh. But, the variety may be a little limited and the fried food are a bit soggy, maybe because they are left there for some time already. Overall, the food there is alright and the service is rather good!
