We ordered the stingray, which came on a big banana leaf, and it was covered with sambal chilli paste, with a few limes at the side for flavour. It was tasty and fresh. The other dish we ordered was a very thick translucent soup with lots of egg white floating in it. I guessed they used lots of cornstarch to thicken the soup. It was a heavy meal by itself due to the bits of crab meats and eggs in it. The fried mee was okay.
