Got a packet of brown glutinous rice for $1.20 and it was a huge disappointment. It tasted way below average and the rice was hard and dry. It tasted nothing like the usual brown glutinous rice and there was a weird taste. Couldn't finish it in the end. Luckily it's only $1.20.

yam cake chee cheong fun $2.The chee cheong fun was smooth and soft. I had requested it to be mixed together with yam cake and the end result was pleasant. The sauce was also rather smooth and it could be paired with chilli. It is actually a savoury dish and the sauce is somewhat sweet.

A bowl of warm tao suan costs $1.20. Tao suan is a chinese dessert made with green beans (or mung beans) although I could not really taste the green beans flavour. The texture of the tao suan was quite smooth and it was fragrant. It was also not too sweet. Service was fast too
