We wanted a cosy sunday night dinner and sentosa came to mine becoz recently i heard that the Quayside isle is now open. Dreaming of sunset, view of the marine and smelling the sea while having a pizza on the sidewalk had us making our way there even though it wasnt that convenient.

Anyway, back to the food. There were not a whole lot of choices at quayside and seriously, being quite health conscious.. i avoid pizza. =P Anyway its once in awhile.. we ordered a big chicken caesar salad (with ONLY 3 large slices of chicken breast), and a PROSCIUTTO E FUNGHI– thin crust wood-fired pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted ham and mushroom.

It was a good pizza, but both of us thought that it could the crust could have been more charred. Ingredients wise was also a little stingy with just a spot of cheese on each slice. I know its a bit of an insult but i think domino’s is alot better!

Will I go back again? I really don’t think so, given that we can’t get a seat outside, the journey is long and its not even value for money. One good thing to say, the service is quite wonderful, with bread starters and quick service.
