Soup Restaurant (Closed)

We always come to this place for their signature dish, Samsui Ginger Chicken, which is actually cold white chicken served with a ginger dip and wrapped in lettuce.The chicken are really tender, not sure why they serve it cold but it really blends well with the fragrant ginger which make us crave for more. Somehow i find it too oily and abit greasy to have too much of it. Other dishes like boiled soup, potato leaves with sambal, Steamed Hand-chopped Minced Pork with Salted Egg are quite impressiv

Me and friend had our gathering there recently! Ordered some common dishes like claypot tofu , broccoli with scallop , steam chicken etc. Food taste was average , however one item I'm going to recommend is also Soup Restaurant's recommendation, the steam chicken , which is meant to be wrapped with the vegetables. when you bite the vegetables you can feel the 'cruch' and below is the smooth chicken . must try dish if you visit there
