Her experimentation resulted in their bestselling CRUSTY SOURDOUGH TIN LOAVES, even featured on 8 Days. These loaves, unlike traditional sourdough, are baked in square tins using precise ingredients and special techniques, creating a golden, crisp crust, tangy flavor, and airy texture — a favorite for sourdough enthusiasts.
