I was feeling thirsty after some shopping at IMM, decided to take a seat at subway and enjoy some cookies and a drink. I ordered a regular ice lemon tea for myself and a hot milo for my girlfriend. not to mention the lack of staff at this branch, i had to wait quite some time at the counter just to get the drinks and cookie. And the drink dispenser had a large water spill on the ground and nobody bothered to mop it up.
