Soy sauce chicken and char siew noodles ($4):The stall owner(?) claims that the recipe and everything is passed down! I find that the sauce was a bit salty & sweet (otherwise it would be very nice). The soup was quite rich in flavour with a subtle taste of ikan bilis. Worth the try
