As it was a take away order, they have provided a big packet of sweet tasting sauce which took up half of the big bowl. Since the food is being brought from East to west side of Singapore, I would not expect the sauce to be piping hot. However, when it reaches me, it was Luke warm and good enough for items to be dipped in. This bowl of
