This stall has one of my favourite pork porridge. At only three dollars per bowl, I get to enjoy a generous portion of porridge with generous ingredients in it as well. Especially love the pork lean meat inside which is sliced thinly and the meat is very tender and juicy. The porridge texture is not too watery and quick thick as well. The added spring onions certainly enhance the taste and outlook of this traditional dish. With the crunchy you tiao topped on it, it is really good and moreover not as sinful as the other local delights.

Signature Dishes
I was not feeling too well so decided to have porridge for lunch. I ordered pork porridge for $3. The texture of the porridge was the grainy type which i liked. A good amount of ingredients like lean meat, minced meat and egg was in the porridge. The taste of the porridge was very light. It tasted even better after added in the white pepper and a bit of soya sauce to enhance the flavor. You tiao is a perfect combination to go with the porridge. This was a healthy yet simple lunch.
