This place is more known only to the staff working at far east plaza, but it’s a nice cosy and quiet place for a quick breakkie. Ordered my coffee for $1 and packet white carrot cake at $3. Depending on your lucky, your waiting time for the carrot cake varies. Due to the space constraint, there is only 1 wok to handle all the cooking. In the morning, uncle sometimes have to heat up the sambal belacan chilli or cook the pork ribs for bak kut the lunch. Food standard is nothing much to shout about but simple breakfast fare and ambiance of the quiet café makes up for it.

This cafe is my choice of breakfast place in the morning if i want to find a quiet place and ME time. They sell the usual fried beehoon mee and you can have add ons like the fish ball, luncheon meat etc. They also serve yummy fried carrot cake, coming in both white and black variants. The only thing to gripe about is the ventilation along this floor which the owner says only kicks in at 9am coz most of the tenants will not be opened till mid-day.
