This stall sells teppanyaki and during the time when I went, there is only one customer in front of me. I decided to try the beef teppanyaki. The serving of beansprouts is extremely generous and it is tasteless on its own but I mixed it with some of the sauces from the beef and it is quite nice. There is also a fried egg. I believe if you do not like runny yolks, you can ask them to ensure it is cooked. I like my eggs to be runny so I loved it the way it is. The beef is minced beef and it is ver

The beef is minced beef and it is very well seasoned, making it slightly salty. I am glad the beansprouts are tasteless if not the whole meal would have been overly salty.

The Teppanyaki stall at Lot 1's food court, Food Junction, serves decent teppanyaki. However, the serving has always been a little too small. The other time, I ordered the salmon and it was a very thinly-sliced salmon. Disappointing. The chicken this time round was alright. Employees at the stall tries to serve you your food as quickly as possible. This came with a bowl of rice and soup. Soup was bland but of course, no one should have any expectations about the soup that comes in a hot plate me

Promotion item: Salmon and chicken set. (comes with rice and soup) - $5-6Generous serving of bean-sprouts and chicken. The salmon was sadly a pretty thin slice. This dish is cooked on the spot and you can see the chef making it behind the glass panal while you wait for your food to be cooked. Beansprouts were a little raw, chicken was quite nice. I like the gravy that accompanies it. Taste delightfully sweet. The salmon was alright, just didn't like that it was such a small piece. The soup they

The soup they serve is miso soup, a bit too salty and weird tasting. Ate the seaweed and tofu only.
They gave quite a big bowl of rice, probably to compensate for the thin slice of fish. LOL.
