Being a fan of beef noodles, I had to try this stall that many food bloggers rave about. The best part is that the stall is located at Clementi, which is near my school! It may not look very appetizing but it certainly tasted good! One of the best beef noodle soup I had as the soup is flavourful and most importantly, the beef is so tender! A close-up view of the tender beef I certainly had a satisfying lunch before class!Read More

I had noticed that the famous Thai style beef noodles at Seah Inn had opened in Clementi.I had order the beef noodles with horfun. There was generous vegetables such as basil leaves and chinese parsley put on top of the soup noodle. The soup tasted light and very beefy in aroma, not oily at all. The beef was cut in small cubes were braised in the light soup, some tender and some chewy with veins. Overall, I find this Thai beef noodles tasted much better than those sell in chain restaurants.Read More

one of the nicer beef noodle that i had tried. i felt it has a thai style soup taste in it compared to the asian beef soup which tend to have a stronger herbal taste. the beef stew is very soft and tender but the portion of the meat tend to be quite little. also the beef noodle comes with some organ parts which i do not eat so i will ask the staff to remove those parts for me. although the noodle is nice, i felt is too pricey because the portion tend to be quite littleRead More
