A friend and I went to find this bar after reading about it, and found it to be a very nice-looking and stylish rooftop bar nestled away at a side-street.

GOOD: The decor was very nice. Excellent atmosphere. Good live-bad playing. Decent selection of drinks at the bar. Nice draft beers. We both ordered the Kronenberg Blanc draft beer, and continued with that through the night. Beer tasted great and was good temperature. Price was medium range. The bar service was quick and efficient. The outdoor terrace is definitely a feature of this bar - Nice open air space between the sky-scrapers.

BAD: Unfortunately with food I had a very bad experience. We had read that the mini-burgers were very good at this bar and was eager to try: To say I was super-hungry is an understatement, having run around MacRitchie reservoir and only eaten a small sandwich in the last 24 hours...
Firstly I asked to make a food order to the waiter. He brushed me off and said that I need to have a table. I then asked where I can sit, and he told me "Its free-seating", and started walking away. Most of the tables in the 'dining' area are bench-style, and were part-populated. - I said I would just sit over at one of the tables for the food order, but he ignored me a walked away. We then decided, maybe its easier to stand at the bar and eat - if allowed. - Went back to waiter and asked if we can eat at the bar - reply was "yes".
So, now at the bar and having fetched my own menu I'm ready to order. - At this point the bar-staff are very busy with drinks orders, so I ask the waitress who is passing if I can order some food. The waitress seems irritated that I ask to order and then tells me to order from the bar... - I explain that the bar are all busy and if I can order from her its better, as shes more free. So I place my order with her and she takes it (at last!). Well, But I waited... and waited... and waited... and 45 mins or so later we ask about my food order.. After some discussions in the staff I was then told that the kitchen is closed. Hmm.. I explained that I made my order nearly one hour ago.. Then a manager or shift-lead came to talk to us. She explained again the kitchen is closed, and I asked about my existing order.. She then told a story that the chef has had an accident and the kitchen wont be open again. I searched for compromise on my extremely empty stomach which now feels as though its ingesting itself.. - I ask if there is anything at all that could be served, (cold sandwich, bread, snack.. just anything at all..).. All my questions were answered with a discourteous look and "No"..

So, in summary, despite several attempts to be served with food - I found rude service from the restaurant waiter/waitress, then logistical/process incompetence followed by lack of any sympathy for no delivery of food and lack of any action or compromise to remedy my hunger! I was left hungry and angry, but resolved to still enjoy the bar and drinks there, which I can recommend.
