I am a big fan of muffin and cupcakes. When I heard about a new place with nice muffins, I will definitely be there to purchase a few and distribute to my family. So I heard about The Signature Patisserie and make my way down to get a few of these sweet devil. Manhattan House is not difficult to spot, just directly behind Chinatown, within 10 minutes walk from the MRT station. I bought 9 muffins of assorted flavors, and my favorite is definitely the cream cheese flavor. The cream cheese is thick and generous, the sourness of the cream cheese matches well with the sweet base of the muffin. One is forever not enough for my sweet tooth! continue reading

The freshly baked muffins were displayed at the Isetan European food fair. Smart choice of choosing this vendor to be part of this. The muffins are soft and very generous with the fillings. Bought the cream cheese muffin. Most cream cheese muffin has a block of cream cheese in the middle while this is evenly distributed. And the chocolate is not overpowering. It only cost $1.50 per muffin. Overall, its worth every cent as it is not oily at all. continue reading

The Signature Patisserie came to Isetan supermarket to participate in one of the food festival that I was able to catch hold of their muffins which smelled so nice from a distance. Saw this unusual cream cheese muffin and bought a few at $1.50 each to try. Hmm...they were really good and rich and the muffins were 'vanished' very quickly inside our stomach. Will certainly pay a visit to their shop at Chin Swee Rd. continue reading
