During lunch time at Ayer Rajah Hawker Centre, I wanted to eat something heavy flavoured food. Hence, I decided to have Lor Mee from Tian Le. The price of Lor Mee was $3.This Lor Mee had a heavy black vinegar fragrant, thought sometimes maybe slight pungent. The gravy was quite starchy and had a slight braised herbal taste. There were quite many ingredients given, fried wanton, ngor hiam, braised meat and braised egg. I liked the braised meat, it was quite fatty and well braised into the meat. The ngor hiam seems to be homemade, it was fried until crispy on the outside and also inside.Overall, the Lor Mee was quite good with many ingredients at this price.

FoodMiniwok for my lunch. A change of the usual pairing of Yellow noodles to Mouse Tail Noodle (Bee Tai Mak). A simple yet stomach filling meal. Cost: S$4.00 (including Noodle)Comes with fishballs, meatballs, slices of lean meat, vegetables and a 2 x 2 cm of seaweed with soup over the flame. They have chosen to put the egg the last when the mini wok was filled up. However, the flame isnt that strong enough to cook the egg to about 80%.ServiceFriendly service especially with the smile on the auntie and the promising nods from her during my order. PricePricing of common hawker food for miniwok. Perhaps a little bit cheaper as some of the hawkers do charge additional for the noodles.Recommendation / TipsWhile i was queuing up for its mini wok, i saw other customers ordering Lor Mee. It's presentation seems good and portion is generous. I will want to try that.!
