We were served by a cheerful lady from Tian Tian Fish Delight and was rather please to receive wonderful smiles from her.Ordered a bowl of double fish (fried and sliced fish) meat Ee Mee as my dinner. It was shocking to receive such a salty meal and seemed like there was an over usage of salt. That was the only let down I had. My portion of food was generously filled with big chunks of fried fish soaked and slices of fishes were smooth with fine meat. After the meal, we went back to the stall and feed-backed that it was too salty. Again, she received our feedback in the cheerily manner. We were kind of impressed by the service especially when the smiles could really make one's day.Cost: $5 continue reading

My hubby and I settled for dinner at Kou Fu and I decided to order the fish soup with rice. The fish soup has fresh fish slices, vegetables, some smooth tofu and seaweed. For $4.50, I felt that the tofu can certainly be more generous since tofu isn't a really expensive ingredient and the amount given is quite little. The fish is nice and not tough at all even though it was firm. The soup base is also quite tasty. If the portion can be increased a little, I will definitely be a regular customer. continue reading

My mum-in-law always goes for the fresh fish bee hoon whenever she comes to a food court. Previously, I shared a Dual Fish Combo Steamboat with her when we were here. Today, she ordered this Fresh Fish Bee Hoon. The soup was a little bland, not as tasty as the one at IMM Kopitiam. Not much of MSG too. The fish slices were fresh. Price at $3.50. Good value for a food court. Great choice if you are looking for something healthy and light. It would be healthier if you ask them not to add the evapourated milk. continue reading

My girlfriend and i went to bukit batok to watch a movie. After the movie, we got hungry and headed to koufu to have our dinner. I ordered the sweet and sour fish set from the fish soup stall. The portion was kind of small, like kids portion. I was not really full from the meal. continue reading
