TIP TOP started their business in a coffee shop in 1979. If you are a fan of curry puffs, you should not give this a miss. The curry filling is generous and not too spicy. This is one of the best curry puffs which you may want to try out if you are a fan of it. The price is reasonable, at $1.30 each, with nice and not too spicy curry potatoes, chicken meats with 1/4 boiled egg. My verdict: 7.5/10
