This is my favourite chicken rice stall in Zion Riverside Food Centre. I remembered ordering from the wrong stall when I saw other people eating a delicious-looking plate of chicken rice... bought from the stall next to it, coz I thought it was Boon Tong Kee and it should be that famous stall that everyone was eating. It was only after that that I realised the delicious looking chicken rice was from Tong Fong Fatt and the stall that I bought wrongly from was Boon Tiong Kee and not that Boon Tong Kee as I had thought it to be. Anyway, I got to try Tong Fong Fatt on subsequent visits and from then onwards, it became my favourite chicken rice stall in Zion Riverside. Having tried both stalls, I like the chicken from Tong Fong Fatt more.The chicken is very smooth and tender and I particularly like the sauce. I always try to scoop up as much sauce as I can and add it to my rice, it makes the rice so yummy, even nicer than having it with chilli. So maybe it might be better if I tabao back home to eat since the chicken and rice will be together and the sauce will already be on the rice haha! Ordered a plate of chicken and vegetables for two of us, and it comes with a big bowl of soup. The vegetables was normal, well, it is the chicken that is most important anyway, and the chicken didn't fail us! The chicken and the rice was very fragrant, even before you start eating, you can already smell the fragrance of it. The rice is a bit oily but I liked it! In fact, I find it very tasty that way!
