During the morning, this stall will be selling pancakes. Come night, it will be selling Wu Xiang. Here the Wu Xiang has a number of interesting items such as egg roll and braised pig's ear. Wu Xiang is similar to Indian Rojak, where the items which one selected from the shelf will be deep fried and chopped up. I selected 4 items (crispy prawn cracker, liver roll, egg roll and prawn cake) to go with a packet of fried bee hoon. Total costs $6.00. It is quite nice and crispy. continue reading

These type of pancake has got different types of fillings. I get to choose amongst the peanuts, the coconut and the red bean. I ordered a peanuts pancake. The filling is made up of finely grounded peanuts with fine sugar. The filling has got the right level of sweetness which i like. The pancake was very soft and very moist. It tasted quite different from the traditional type of pancake. continue reading

It is still the same signboard but this stall has stopped selling Lor Mee, Laksa and Mee Rebus. They are selling different type of pancake. Please refer to the picture of the stall. There are a few fillings to choose from: peanuts, coconut, red bean etc. I decided to go with this curry puff liking pancake for 0.80 cent each. The texture was soft and moist and it came with generous amount of finely grounded peanuts and sugar mixture. It is a good snack to go with coffee. continue reading
