Hor fun has always been a favourite dish and an usual choice if wanted a simple dinner. I was here with my partner after a movie. We decided to take away a packet of hor fun to have it at home. They fried the hor fun well to achieve a distinctive wok hei. The gravy was cooked separately with ingredients like sliced fish, prawns, squid and vegetable then poured it over the pre-fried hor fun. The saltiness of the dish was just right. It still have got a slight warm when we got home. We enjoyed it.
