Visited this stall today to buy a packet of budget bee hoon back home to eat. For merely $1.50 per packet, is consider quite cheap and reasonable. The bee hoon is soft and not really soggy and the portion is also quite generous as well. The taste was alright and without any side dishes to go along with it, it still taste good. The stall helper is friendly and service was fast. Stall is clean and tidy as well. However the food court is abit noisy and for those who enjoy peaceful meal, this foodcourt is definitely not suitable for you. continue reading

nice vegetarian selection. the variety is actually quite unique and very good, compared to other vegetarian mixed rice places. and everything looks very appetising. the price is higher than other places. there are lots of mock meats as well. but everything looks very thoughtfully cooked and made. the queue is quite long as the food looks so good. it also tastes quite good. did not care for their soup which was a watery non-descript thing. but the rice was fragrant even though it's just plain rice. continue reading

Was rushing to have dinner yesterday before a movie so I went to the foodcourt at PS with my friend. He happens to be a health freak so as always, he bought food from the vegetarian stall..Brown rice with all sorts of mock meat. There was pepper chicken, sambal chicken and tofu. I have to say though,it may not look very appealing but its not bad!! I liked the pepper chicken! It was reallllly spicy and good. I'll probably get one plate for myself the next time I go to PS! continue reading

At $3.50 for 2 types of vegetables including bee hoon, price is so so as i normally pay $2.80 for the same dishes at other food courts but then the taste here i would say is better as it's tastier and not too oily or too much flour added to make the vegetarian dish. The bee hoon is very tasty and the kai lan and cabbage are equally tasty and the vegetables are very fresh, you cant spot any yellow leaves in the kai lan at all.My daughter had the chicken and char siew and she told me it tastes like the real meat and when i tried,i must agreed and i'm amazed at how they could make a vegetarian dish taste like the real stuff and it should be the skill of the chef. continue reading
