There are many ways in cooking vegetarian food and you can get a wide spread of varieties at the kopitiam at TTSH.Besides the standard mixed vegetarian rice where we get to select veggies and mock meat selections, this stall has other varieties like wanton mee, fish soup, carrot cake etc...Generous serving of dishes and every dish is so flavourful. Taste very much different from the other vegetarian food at other places. Wow... can't reali tell the difference if i'm eating vegetarian rice or mixed vegetable rice. Delicious!]Vegetarian Fish Bee Hoon soup~Another must try dish where I can't find at other place.Broth is sweet and tasty, with lots of veggie and mushroom to boil the soup base. Mild sour tasty from the boiled tomatoes. Last but not least, plenty of ingredients where i can almost see the bee hoon. Must Try!
