Vegetarian beehoon is always nicer than the other stalls "normal" beehoon and i have no idea why. It's like they have some special ingredients in it. The beehoon taste nice even on its own without any ingredients . It is well flavored with good texture that is not too dry and mildly oily to taste.The mock meat is good: sweet , soft and a little bit chewy. It does not really taste like it's made out of flour.The steam egg? Don't ask me about it. I didn't like it: diluted with unnecessary ingredients added into it. However, please note that i am not a fan of steam egg. My colleague pointed at the other ingredients but the person added the wrong one. So ya.
