Brought a packet of the vegetarian beehoon with my favourite food which includes the vegetarian char siew, deep fried tau kee and stir fried cabbage. The char siew is pretty well made, soft and slight tender texture. Next the deep fried tau kee has a crispy texture, fragrance and is not too oily and goes well with the beehoon. As for the stir fried cabbage, it has a home cooked taste and is not overcooked. Lastly, the beehoon is also sufficient cooked, does not stick together and not too oily as well.
