I seldom took Malay dish, maybe I was not fancy. In fact, Malay food was typically Malaysian and Singaporean signature in Asia. It was most traditional and ordinary if compared to other countries. About this stall, it was clean, neat and offered mouth-watering Malay cuisine. I decided to eat since I didn’t have Malay food for a long period.A decent HALAL stall, it offered a huge range for their customers. Deceptively heavy thick gravy, it was too sticky for me. I admitted that the savor of the entire dish was delicious and fragrant yet the portion was small. Using yellow noodles, it was an interesting mixture of Chinese and Malay culture. I must say the peanut sauce was greatly enlightening the taste. Just like Rojak, the paste was very important. It was inexpensive by the way, only $2.50. continue reading
