I was in the mood for vegetarian today. I decided to have vegetarian kway teow. Vegetarian bee hoon is a tad more common but right at this stall, they do have kway teow and mee for selection too. The kway teow was fried simply with only the basic seasoning and bean sprouts. It tasted a bit bland. It was then served with the fried beancurd skin, the vegetarian char siew and vegetarian braised meat. It tasted not bad when eating with those preserved green cut chillies.
