This is the pork with century egg porridge from xiang ji. I like the texture of this porridge as it is thick and not get watery fast after sometime. It has this special sweet taste in the porridge, to enhance to it. I wonder if it is because there's some special ingredients added to it. The pork and century egg serving is generous and they really go well with the plain porridge!
