A day I went out with my friend for cycling so we drop by Old airport Food Centre to grab for lao ban tua huay but end up my friend went to order fried pig’s intestines… The stall sold Bak Kwa (Barbequed Pork), Satay (Skewered Meats dish of Malay origins) etc… but I didn’t know they sold Fried pig’s intestine… Everyone (including me) like to eat internal organs!! I totally loved this dish saying that it’s very fresh and nicely fried with a crisp, lightly spiced crust… Is a MUST-TRY!! Yummy!!
