Xin Mei Congee has a few chains in Singapore and I chance upon one of the stalls during my visit to the Old Airport Road Food Centre. Coincidentally, we managed to find a seat just right next to their stall. We have ordered their mix pork porridge with additional egg, that's what we called it comfort food with a long stick dough that comes together.
