Xin Xuan Pancakes specialized in pancakes aka "min jiang kueh" (hokkien) in Jurong West 505 Market and food centre suitable for vegetarians consumption.As it was about the end business day, there was only red bean flavour pancakes left. We bought 2 of them over teatime. Though the pancakes were warm but it was rather soggy. There was no crispy crust seen and the amount of red bean paste was miserable. However, the red bean fillings were not that sweet. Cost: $0.70 each
