I was having dinner with my partner right here. We were approached by the friendly Kopi Uncle to order drink. We decided to have iced lemon tea for $1.40. A piece of sliecd lemon was added to balance up the sweetness and to give it a hint of sourishness. A good amount of ice cubes was added to cool the drink but not to dilute its concentration. This is a refreshing choice for a hot day.
