Spotted an interesting stall in Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre while I was there for dinner. With Ginseng and minipot as part of the signboard, the stall has emphasized on health and tonic soup without any MSG.
I wasn't too convince to have the mini pot until I saw quite a number of tables are actually enjoying that with a plate full of ingredients. Making things simple, there are 6 set meals available to choose from: Pork, chicken, beef, mutton, prawn and fish with your choice of soup base (Normal chicken soup, spicy, tom yam or herbal soup). My friend had her herbal soup base while I had the original chicken soup on the mini pots. Remember not to place the pot too near to us as the flame was burning ferociously out of the pot. Every portion from the set has similar combination of items just that the meat is different. It contained an egg, hotdog, crab meat, mushroom, vegetables, Vermicelli and meat ball. Additional items are chargeable separately and rice cost $0.50 per bowl. It was a great deal as portions were relatively generous and even for the rice, its a big portion.
Take a look at the meat, they were fresh and absolutely perfect for all kinds of soup base.
