After collected our (me and my bf) race packs at velocity for Pocari Run 2013, we decided to stop by Cedele for coffee at tea time. Bf waited for a good ten minutes at the counter before his order was taken. The service staffs at the counter were quite slow even though the cafe was not packed. After the order was taken, we waited for more than 5 minutes for the Hazelnut Latte. The drink looked wrong as there was no hazelnut fudge on it. Bf waited for a good ten minutes at the counter before his order was taken. The service staffs at the counter were quite slow even though the cafe was not packed. After the order was taken, we waited for more than 5 minutes for the Hazelnut Latte. The drink looked wrong as there was no hazelnut fudge on it. Bf went to the counter to check the order and guess what? The barista took a sniff at the latte which was very unhygienic at its very best! We were totally disgusted by their service! The manager realized what was going on and decided to offer a complimentary iced chocolate mocha for us. The hazelnut latte tasted average and didn't have a strong brew of coffee taste. But on the contrary, the Ice Chocolate Mocha was awesome!
