Running through the Menu, the last and only choice I may pick was Chicken Herbal Soup. I was not fancy neither cream soup nor Japanese clear soup. Sometimes, the simplest recipe was the best. The pork rib was great at BBQ and it was a very gorgeous presentation. For me, it had too much fatty meat sticked with the bones.

Fresh Stingrays were sweet and its flesh was firm. Stingray was not the most popular fish in ocean, yet it was delicious especially with Asam Chilli gravy.

Dessert wise, we choosed the same signature crème brulee. A rich custard base topped with contrasting layer of hard-burnt Caramel. Good-try.

We stayed at Tao’s quite a while after eating.
