This is one of my favourite hangouts for a good bowl of porridge in the morning. The star here is no doubt their raw fish. And, the thing that i really liked about the porridge here is they always came with the right amount of seasoning and this including the sesame oil on the yu sheng. They seasoned the porridge and yu sheng rather than leave it to the customers to do it. This is good for me as i tend to over season particularly with white pepper at times. I love the nice sludge though the grains of rice here somewhat discernable but still, rather good. My favourite has always been the meatball porridge with century egg, and i always have an egg added.
The only complaint here is i would rather have the raw fish sliced in a bigger pieces other than that everything is good here.
The stall is pretty busy in the morning with many customers sitting at the few tables near the stall. The service is still pretty prompt though.
If you want a good bowl of porridge then you should give this stall a try.
