The weather has been crazily hot lately and the nice way to cool off is none other than having a nice cooling dessert like ice kachang. This stall seemed to be a popular choice for desserts in this food centre with a regular flow of customers and it prompted me to give it a try too.The pile of shaved ice served with nicely sweet syrup and itty-bitty corns. The pile of shaved ice served with nicely sweet syrup and itty-bitty corns. It is a joy to eating ice kachang, it is like playing a treasure hunting game, effortlessly, slowly to discover what are the treasures beneath that pile of shaved ice. And, i found what i enjoyed most, the nice atap seeds, red bean, jelly cubes and more itty-bitty corns. I like to mix them well with the ice and have it together.
