I am not much of a salad person, I am more of a carnivore, but when my girlfriend bought this salad from kuriya fish market and insisted that I try it, I found myself liking it. This salad is actually the normal garden greens topped with the lobster salad topping. The sauce that they provided was different from the usual thousand island or coslaw dressing. It was more watery and yellowish in colour, it tasted pretty sour too. my girlfriend said it was not as fattening as those normal salad dress
