Another popular stall at this hawker. Queue is expected during weekends and the usual waiting is around 30 mins or less. It tasted homely. I know it sounded strange, but it does give me a home feeling when i am eating it. This is definitely one of my comfort foods. The only complaint about this popiah is the texture of the skin.

The Uncle used 2 pieces of skin thus it ended up to be a little too thick and chewy. But, the freshness of the ingredients make up the difference, i can literally taste the crunchiness of the bean sprouts and i do love the clear taste of the turnips.

It definitely has the right balance of the sweet sauce, fresh veggies and the crispy bits.

Try it, to believe it.
